Waihi Beach Additions 2The Client wanted to create a real retreat experience from an old and outdated seaside bach. We achieved this by adding an outdoor pool, revisiting the entry sequence and relooking at the internal layout. Pergola and louvres at the entry and at the back deck extend the living spaces overlooking the sea, new robust aluminium roof and wall cladding, new kitchen and bedrooms layouts are really making this modest seaside bach sing which lends the owners the feeling and comfort of any luxury villa nearby. The alteration won the ‘Registered Master Builders - HOUSE OF THE YEAR, National TOP 100 Award, Supreme Renovation of the Year, Regional Category Winner, Regional Gold’ Awards.
