Pauanui Showhomes, Traditional and ContemporyTwo concepts were designed for a new subdivision in Pauanui, Coromandel Peninsula. The first was a contemporary, the second brief asked for a four bedroom house, double living, and a style that uses some traditional architectural gestures such as use of gable roofs, timber beams, board and batten and brick claddings.
