Our process
Initial consultation
We start with a free consultation and site meeting to understand your brief, budget, and vision.
Concept design
We create a number of concept design options, from conventional to creative, helping you confidently select the best fit. This streamlines the process, reduces costly rework, and ensures peace of mind.
Refining the design
After you select your concept, we refine it into a final design and run an elemental cost estimate. This gives a clear idea of costs and allows adjustments to fit your budget before moving forward.
Detailed design and drawings
Once the project is financially viable, we move into detailed design, creating working drawings for Building Consent. At this stage, we can also develop full interior and cabinetry designs. We then connect with your builder or assist in selecting trusted professionals to ensure the design aligns with your construction needs.
Construction and support
After the builder is selected, we either hand over the project or provide site observation and administration services to ensure the best outcome.
